Have you ever wondered what Mafia 2 would look like in Real Life? You don’t have to wonder anymore. With the help of AI I was able to make that dream come true. Don’t be fooled, however. This is just a video. Real time gameplay is not an option for the next few years. But once computers can calculate AI generation in real time, then we are going to experience a new era of gaming!

These tools could take advantage of game geometries and textures. The potential is enormous!
I have made two videos that show Mafia 2 reimagined with AI. The AI tools used here, to my knowledge, are not designed to reimagine specifically game content but as you can see the results are rather impressive. I am glad I gave it a try with some tweaking in the settings. All videos took quite a time to generate. After that came the video editing part. Apart from showing the outcome, I made short comparisons with the original graphics throughout the videos. You can take a look at each:
