Hangar 13 has announced a new Mafia game which is called Mafia The Old Country. The game takes place in Sicily at the beginning of the 20th century. The game’s Steam page says:
Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily.
Fight to survive in this dangerous and unforgiving era, with action brought to life by the authentic realism and rich storytelling that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for.

The Mafia game series rooted in the Czech Republic as a Czech game. According to the Steam page, the game has Czech dubbing as well.
The game is said to be released in 2025.
